We are not a pet store and don't always have puppies available. Our dogs have the morning routine of getting out for free time and that usually starts about 6:30 - 7 am. It takes about 4 hours to let them out and play then get them back up before we open. I try my best to have them back in by 11am. That will be our first appointment of the day. Our last appointment will be 5 pm at the latest because we still have to clean up, feed them and get the babies in the nursery down for the night. So it's a couple hours after we close before we actually get done for the day. Hours will be by appointment only Monday - Friday 11am - 5pm and Saturdays 11am - 3pm. We are not open on sundays period as this is our only family day with the kids and grandchildren.

We start out with happy, healthy parents. Our adults are very well socialzied with everyone who comes to visit. Yes they will bark and be excited to see you. That is a good thing when they all want your attention. Dogs should be friendly and want to see you that is why we do allow people to come see the parents. And of course the mothers that have babies will be in the nursery with their babies.  

All parents on site. Our puppies are placed for different prices according to the breed. A non refundable deposit holds your place in line for the next available litter if not already born. You are always welcome by appointment to visit parents, puppies and our place. I will up date pics as they grow until pick out date. Flight is extra $350.00, puppies that fly will be paid for in full at 6 wks of age. At 8 wks of age they are scheduled to fly.  We except cash, checks (paypal add 3% )  for deposits... But CASH only for pick up date (no exceptions).

AKC inspected yearly,  Animal Control inspected & Permits, DNA tested and all Dogs micro chipped for ID. Gated property and video surveilance for the protection of our dogs. Gate will only be opened by appointments and again I will not be inside to hear the gate ring until close to 11 am on any given day. If you call and get the machine please leave a message. I have to be in the nursery in order to get that call and honestly most of our time is spent out side. Thank you and have a wonderful day
