Our Goals
About 7 years ago I decided when my dog Marlow passed away at only 2 years old there are lots of bad things that happen to dogs. I just never knew about it but boy did I find out what a puppy mill was real fast. When I told my husband I wanted to become a breeder he said ok. He had no idea what was in my head but do they ever. Thank GOD he loves dogs because no normal person would put up with me. I started researching, reading & watching what people out there do. And the more you watch and listen the more you learn. It has taken years but I think I have a good thing going here.

All of my puppies are born in our home where they will continue to be born as long as I'm breeding. Each girl has 1 litter of puppies per year. And we don't breed on their first heat cycle.

When we first started this adventure we had to wait almost 2 years before that first litter of puppies were born. Of course I didn't let them all go home. We keep Bella, Josie & Lucy Love who a couple years later gave birth to Stella, Sassy & Crissy. Crissy and Sassy just had their first litters. So we have 3 generations of several of our dogs. Which is how I've tried to work things out. If you can come to see grandmother, mother and daughters with no problems or genetic defects that would be a great goal. Well we have it and I'm proud of that.

We also each time a litter was born put the money right back into our kennel. After all the dogs should be comfortable & happy. So our lots are concrete, drain lines and a septic tank takes away the waste. My personal thoughts on this is sanatize, the only way to do that is clean completely. Some breeders have lots to say about this BUT my vet Dr. Roger Kleisch thinks it's wonderful that we can clean so well & told me along with OFA that concrete DOES NOT cause hip dysplasia. We don't have flea problems, parasite problems or odor problems so it's working great. And the dogs have something smooth to lay on when they want to. Our houses are made of wood and insulated from top to bottom and shingles. The lots are 1/2 covered and 1/2 not so if they want the sun they have it and if they don't so be it....

We have put our heart and soul into what you will see when you come out. I do that because they deserve the best. If I find something that works better I will change it, but from what people say they love it too. I will take you threw the entire kennels. Because my dogs see a lot of people they are very friendly. If we didn't do that they would not be nice to strangers. Instead they have never meet a stranger.

We have set up a reference page. At any time your welcome to visit and talk with these people that have bought puppies from us. I can promise you that any thing you read will be what they wrote. I will not make up references, you contact them yourself. I also have printed off there emails and have a book you may view when coming out. Along with pictures of the babies they send us while growing up. Enjoy the site and have a wonderful day
